He is survived by: his wife Connie O'Leary of Henderson, KY; his daughter Jennifer Broshears (Jeremy) of Boonville, IN; his siblings, Linda Whitledge of Henderson, KY and William A. O'Leary (Patricia) of Naples, FL; and his grandchildren, Katie and Logan Broshears. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
