He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernice Smith and Lawrence Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his daughters, Candace Beauman (Bryan) of Paris and Ginger Cruce (Kevin) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Christian, Ainslee, Bailee, Avery and Luke.
