He is survived by: his wife Karen Blevins of Henderson, KY; his children, Misty Majors (Brent) of Henderson, KY and Michael Blevins of Henderson, KY; his sisters, Mary Decker of Corydon, KY, Annette West of Corydon, KY and Cassie Westerman of Corydon, KY; and his grandchildren, Charity Traughber, Kelsey Beckers, Ashley Majors, Brandon Majors and Braxton Majors. He is also survived by 3 great- grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
