He is survived by: his wife Catheryn; his sons, James A Kemp IV of Los Angeles, CA, Richard Morley Kemp of Atlanta, GA and Mark Jones (Alison) of Evansville, IN.; his grandsons, Jack and Wyatt Jones; and his sister Patrice Ellen Perkins. He is also survived by nieces, grand-nieces and nephews.
