He was predeceased by: his parents, William L. Turley and Monnie Turley (Bold); and his siblings, Mary Nell and Robert Turley. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Turley (Weber); his sons, Paul Turley, Ronald Turley and Scott Turley; and his siblings, Sally Ann Turley, Janie Givens, Evelyn Spalding, Jim Turley, Rodney Turley and Donald Turley. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren.
