He is survived by: his wife Uta Holt; his stepchildren, Mark Boston of Cincinnati and Sonja McLaughlin (Jack) of Maineville, Ohio; and his siblings, Ronnie Holt of Lexington, Keith Holt of Pennsylvania, Virginia Barnes of Louisville and Laura Holt of Louisville, Kentucky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and cousins.
