He is survived by: his spouse Sue McDowell Chapman; his son Jamie Chapman (Janita) of Henderson, KY; and his grandchildren, Jason Chapman, Ashley Chapman, Jaycee Chapman and Jacob Chapman. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
