He is survived by: his wife Thelma Joyce Johnson; his stepchildren, Brittany Phillips (Orrie), Monica Green, Teshea Ford and Frederico Ford of Henderson Ky; and his siblings, Ruby Lee Johnson of Henderson, Ella Mae Stewart of Henderson, Mary Alice Dixon (Kenneth) of Henderson and Terry Johnson of Dallas, Texas. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren; aunts, uncles, four nieces, two nephews, six great nieces, three great nephews, and a host of many Cousins.
