He was predeceased by: his siblings, Pauline Hawkins and William "Bill" Henry Tow; and his stepson Mike Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Velma Carol Tow of Henderson, KY; his stepdaughter Michele Nally (Chris) of Henderson, KY; his son Steven Ray Tow (Jeanna) of Henderson, KY; his grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob Nally, John Tow, Brent Tow, Kathy Tow Smith, Laurel Skinner Passani, Justin, Caleb and Rebecca Skinner; his great grandchildren, Alex Skinner, Crosby and Wells Nally; and his pet Buddy Ray. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
