He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Franklin Hogan and Gladys May Hogan (Hamilton); his siblings, Vivian Howard, Gloria Bruce, Wanda Parker, Frances Eades, Delores Hatfield, Junior Hogan, Jay Hogan, Donald Hogan and Herbert Hogan; and his son-in-law Ronnie White.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Hogan; his children, Richard Leon Hogan, Gladys May White (Brad Eastwood), David Wayne Hogan (Lori) and Joy Yvonne Haner; his grandchildren, Crystal Candler (Nick), Aaron Hogan, Alyssa Shayne Haner and Bradley River Haire; his great grandchildren, Alexis Glassco (Layne), Korbin Candler and Sienna Rae Castellanos; and his great great grandchild Rylan Dale Glassco. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
