He was predeceased by: his parents, Cosby Moore and Nellodyne Moore. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Faye Moore of Henderson, KY; his children, Deena Marie Carter (Joseph) of Robards, KY, Krista Renae Shields (Rob) of Henderson, KY and Christopher Moore (Kristen) of Henderson, KY; and his grandchildren, Blake Cannon, Parker Cannon, Cali Cannon, Addie Moore, Abe Moore and Abbie Joy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Benton-Glunt & Tapp Funeral Home (629 S Green St, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
