He was predeceased by: his father Gene Miller. He is survived by: his sons, Ian Miller (Hannah) of Henderson, Kentucky and Evan Miller of Henderson, Kentucky; his mother Glenda F. Miller of Henderson, Kentucky; his siblings, Pam Garner (Steve) of Henderson, Kentucky and Jon Miller (Tammy) of Henderson, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Caden Miller, Anniston Miller and Anderson Miller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
