He was predeceased by: his siblings, Regenia Wright, Shirley Crawford and Charles Pullum, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Pullum; his son Keith Pullum (Erica) of Henderson; his brother James "Tony" Pullum of Lewisport, KY; his grandchildren, Brittany Pullum (Jon Carter), Jude Andrick and William Rigdon; and his great grandchildren, Sydni Spainhoward, Jaxon Carter, Bubby, Honey, Roxie, Brookie, Spook and Mally.
