He was predeceased by: his sons, David and Dennis Randolph; his parents, Irvine Randolph and Della Randolph; and his siblings, Edna Massey, Wilma Cobb, Naomi Cobb, Hubert Randolph, Harold Randolph, Carl "Billy" Randolph, Roy Randolph and Terry Randolph.
He is survived by: his wife Mardine Williams Randolph; his son Denford Waide Randolph (Virginia "Sue"); his granddaughter Lacy Marie Hackney; his great grandchildren, Brynn Jayde Baker, Kaylor Allen Powell and Gunnar Waide Powell; and his siblings, Della Carter, Martha Ann Groves, Ruby Cobb and Kenneth Earl Randolph. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at the Vernal Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery (2923 Bards Hill Rd, Greenville, KY 42345).
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony's Hospice in Henderson, Kentucky.
