He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jenkins and Mary Lee Jenkins; his wife Betty Jenkins; and his siblings, Paul Jenkins, Don Jenkins, Francis Jenkins and Steve Jenkins.

He is survived by: his son Bill Jenkins (Patty) of Henderson, KY; his sister Carol Cummings of Henderson, KY; his grandchildren, Joey Jenkins, Maranda Harre (Lucas), Brittani Gray and Charity Hoggard; and his great grandchildren, Maddox, Max, Gage, Noah and Evelyn.

A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Fairmont Cemetery (1807 US-60, Henderson, KY 42420).
