He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Jenkins and Mary Jenkins (Etta Jenkins); his daughter Robin Thomas; and his brothers, Paul Jenkins, Donald Jenkins and Steve Jenkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Mary Collins (Michael) of Robards, KY; his siblings, Carol Cummings of Henderson, KY and Frank Dale Jenkins (Betty) of Henderson, KY; his grandchildren, Sara Herring (Eric), Steve Collins (Gini), Gene Collins and Dagan Collins; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Katlynn, Caleb, Aiden, Cooper, Kalynn, Carri, Christopher, Mikey and Eli.
