He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Stone; his children, Joseph Smith, Virginia Classe (Caleb) and Nichole Patterson (Sean); his grandchildren, David, Caroline, Elizabeth and Abigail; and his sibling Lottie Blanford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and an endless amount of friends.
