She was predeceased by: her parents, James Crowder and Lilas Crowder; her husband James E. Pruitt; her siblings, Howard Crowder, Hayward Crowder, Tony Crowder and Thelon Kirk; and her great grandchild Eli Lowrey.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila White (Danny) of Henderson, KY, Barbara "Bobbie" Pruitt of Henderson, KY and Dr. Charles Pruitt (Megan) of Hilton Head, SC; her siblings, Beverly Cooper of Louisville, KY, Leon Crowder (Glenda) of Kilgore, TX and Leonard Crowder of Ocala, FL; and her grandchildren, Ben Pruitt (Stephanie), Charles Pruitt (Maggie), Jack Pruitt (Meghan), Lizzie Lowrey (Jake), Jeff Wallace (Jennifer), Jimmy Wallace, Joe Wallace (Phyllis) and Ronnie Pruitt (Christina). She is also survived by 26 great- grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren.
