She is survived by: her children, Leesa Russell (Steve) of Poole, KY, Terrea DeLong (Kenneth) of Henderson, KY and Robert Chaney of Henderson, KY; her grandsons, Derek Belt (Kensi) and Dylan Sullivan (Caitlyn); and her great grandchildren, Brody Belt and Cooper Belt.
