She was predeceased by: her parent Howard Powell Sr.; and her siblings, Jimmy Bowlds, Howard Powell Jr., Charles Powell, Lois Garrison and Brenda Barnett.
She is survived by: her parent Juanita Powell; her husband Michael K. Sugg; her children, Julie Reitz (Steve), Shelly Hanganu (Virgil) and John Sugg of Ricky Sugg; her brothers, Herschel Bowlds (Sandy) and David "Brett" Powell (Debi); her grandchildren, Jordan Tramill (Meredith), Madison Tramill (Madelynne), Kasside Tramill, Jocelyn Sugg, Solomon Sugg, Caleb Butler, Wil Butler, Jarrod Butler and Andrew Hanganu; and her great grandchildren, Cutler Tramill, Sawyer Bolin and Mia Butler.
