She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Gish and Leva Mae Gish. She is survived by: her children, Penny Ann Clayton, Tammy Lynn Ruebenmeyer, Candy K. Henry and James Dean Miller. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
