She is survived by: her children, Heather Dausman Abell (Jeremy) of Bowling Green, KY and Eric Hazelwood (Marie) of Clayton, NC; her significant other Vinnie Pavcovich of Elizabethtown, KY; her sisters, Rita Smith of Nashville, TN and Darlene Franklin of Providence, KY; and her grandchildren, Grant Dausman, Mason Abell, Braeden Hazelwood, Serenity Hazelwood, Alexis Hazelwood and Siera Hazelwood.
