She is survived by: her daughter Jamie Mattingly (Mark); her grandchildren, Matthew Mattingly (Jenna), Suzanne Wagner (Daniel) and Mitchell Mattingly; her great grandchildren, Caroline Mattingly, Catherine Mattingly and David Wagner; her brother David Beaven (Marla); her brother-in-law Gordie Seyfried; her nephews, Kenny Beaven (Ana) and Kevin Koch (Di); and her niece Pam Morrow (Myron).
