He is survived by: his wife Santos O. Alvarado; and his children, Dennis Maldonado, Angelica Velasquez, Noemi Velasquez, Consuelo Velasquez-Mejia and Sonia Leticia-Maldonado. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 13 brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Tomblinson Funeral Home (325 1st St, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
