He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jesse O., Helen Gatten and Martha Baize; and his uncles, Wayne Baize and Jesse R. Gatten.

He is survived by: his parents, Richard Baize and Donna Baize (Gatten); his wife Aley Baize; his children, Easton Wayne Baize and Ella Louise Baize; his sister Jenna Chandler-Jerger (Justin); and his grandfather Lucian Baize. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
