He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Branson and Lois Ellen Brownlee Given. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie "Marty" Branson; his children, Jason Scott Branson of Henderson, Robert Earl Branson (Desiree) of Evansville and Elizabeth "Beth" Holsky (J. D.) of Henderson, Kentucky; and his sister Diana Dale Smith of Bowling Green, Kentucky. He is also survived by grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home (604 Center St, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
