He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Couch Rupsch of Henderson, Kentucky; his sons, David Robert "Davy" Rupsch, II (Amanda) of Alvaton and Joseph Robert "Joey" Rupsch of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; his grandson Donovan Rupsch; his cousins, Jeanne Sherlag and Sue Sherlag; his brother-in-law Greg Lowe; his niece Bethany McGuffin; and his nephew Stephen Lowe.
