He is survived by: his wife Constance Farwell Spivey; his daughters, Sarah Elizabeth Meighen (Michael) of Mount Vernon, Marian Ruth Estrada (Othon) of La Habra and Dana Pauline Shelton (Jacob) of Henderson, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Daniel Henry Partridge, Othon Estrada, Benjamin Estrada and Helena Estrada; and his nieces and nephews, Sandra, Valerie, Judith, Mark, Suzanne, Richie and Hayley.
