She was predeceased by: her father Rufus Rone (R. K.); her husbands, Roy Givens and Dennis Thomas; and her grandson Lofton Hazelwood. She is survived by: her children, Tracey Hazelwood (Kirk) of Henderson and Troy Thomas of Henderson; her grandchildren, Logan Hazelwood, Sydney Hazelwood, Preston Hazelwood and Reece Thomas; and her brothers, Stanford Rone, Randall Rone, Larry Rone, Terry Rone, Tony Rone and Gary Gibson.
Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to the Lofton Hazelwood Endowment Fund in care of Field and Main Bank.
