She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Gower and Ethel Dugan; and her great-nephew Scott A. Moseley. She is survived by: her siblings, Glenda Black (Tim), Amy Amos, Wayne and Gower; and her nieces, Christie and Abbie Black.

“I met Connie the first day she started as a volunteer at the gift shop at Deaconess Gateway. We became friends right away. We texted each other almost everyday to see how each other was doing. In fact she came over in April and took me out to eat for my birthday. She was a wonderful loving christian which I will miss very much. Could you give me a call at 334/424-0722 and let me know what she died from. I know that she is up in heaven know with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Thank you so very”

“Connie was my wonderful christian friend who I met the first day she started as a volunteer at the gift shop at Deaconess Gateway. We became friends right away and stayed friends. She came over in April to Evansville to take me out for my birthday. She texted me on 8/23 and told me to have a good day volunteering. I never heard from her after that and I kept texting each and everyday. Could you please let me know what she died from. My phone number is 334/424-0722. She was such a special person.”
