She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Marie Ellis of Henderson, Kentucky; her siblings, Joyce Wilson (Robert) of Hardinsburg, Kentucky, William "B. J." Hoffman of Reed, Richard Hoffman of Roseburg and James Hoffman (Helen) of Elberfeld, Indiana; her sister-in-law Bertha Nicholson of Henderson, Kentucky; and her pet Lily. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; cousins.
