He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee and Mary Lou Crabtree (Ferguson); and his sister Carol (Gus). He is survived by: his wife Grace Kimiko; his children, Robert, Ane and Shawn; his siblings, Jim (Bette), Thomas (Tabitha) and Christine (Rick); his siblings-in-law, Kikei Nakamura (Kiyoko), Kiyoshi Nakamura (Masako), Kisaburo Nakamura (Kazuko) and Kikuko Shimabukuro (Kiichi); his grandchildren, Hana Gilbert (Marcus), Mary Cobb, Sara Ferchichi (Amine) and Klaus Cobb; and his great grandchildren, Penelope, Hiromi, Zeid and Olivier.
Donations may be left in memoriam to the City High Alumni Association, War Memorial Fund, South Middle School Veterans Day Committee or St. Paul's Episcopal Church.
