He is survived by: his mother Wilma Smith of Sebree, KY; his wife Rebecca Smith; his sons, Joshua Smith of Henderson, KY and Cody Smith of Henderson, KY; his mother-in-law Nellie Pruitt (David Morris) of Henderson, KY; his siblings, Kathy Jones (Tom) of Congleton, KY, Dewayne Smith (Karenetta) of Sebree, KY and Billy Smith (Jennifer) of Sebree, KY; his grandchildren, Xavia Smith, McKale Smith, Zaden Smith, Karizma Homer, Kyler Smith, Gabriel Smith, Jayden Hernandez, Savonna Hernandez, Keegan Smith and Anabella Smith; and his great grandchild Khelyn Williams. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
