It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Pate Jr. of Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Pate and Bessie B. Pate (Blake); and his wife Sara Joanne Pate. He is survived by: his significant other Carolyn Adams of Henderson, Kentucky; his children, Joanne (Bob Welsh), Terri (Carl Brooks) and Bruce Pate (Leslie Reutter) of Evansville, Indiana; and his brothers, Chester Pate of Evansville, Indiana and Jimmy (Rita Pate). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hyland Baptist Church or St. Anthony's Hospice in Henderson, Kentucky.
