We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2025, at the age of 85, Charles H. Turner of Henderson, Kentucky passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, Acie Turner and Artie Turner; his wife Nova Turner; his children, Elizabeth Nunn, Mickey Turner and Charles H. Turner, Jr.; and his granddaughter Leslie Nunn.
He is survived by: his daughters, Renee Jones and Annette Donahoo of Henderson, KY; his sister Joyce VanBussum of Henderson, KY; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Jacob, Joshua, Jason, Donna, Trey, Jessica and Missy. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandbaby; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Benton-Glunt & Tapp Funeral Home (629 S Green St, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
