He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Williams and Flo Williams; his siblings, Rowena Rager (Kenny), Cathy Brewer and Pete Williams; his siblings-in-law, Harold Willis and Joyce Williams; and his pets, Trixie and Lillie.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Williams of Henderson, KY; his daughters, Carmen Carter (Mark) of Henderson, KY and Alicia Williams of Henderson, KY; his stepdaughters, Angie Lovell (Joel) of Henderson, KY and Jamie K. Shiver of Simpsonville, KY; his siblings, Betty Willis of Central City, KY and Melvin Williams of Greenville, KY; and his close friend David Duncan of Henderson, KY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christian Life Church (1515 Roosevelt St, Henderson, KY 42420).
