It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce Smith (Henderson, Kentucky), who passed away on July 22, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon R. Smith and Opal LeMaster Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sandra R. Smith; his children, Ellen R. Smith (Daniel A. Shaw) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Mark E. Smith (Nikki R. Smith) of Paducah, Kentucky; his siblings, Linda S. Griffin (Randy) of Suwanee, Georgia, Jerry R. Smith (Jo) of Nashville, Tennessee and Steven V. Smith (Deanna) of Nashville, Tennessee; and his granddaughters, Ava K. Smith and Edith R. Shaw. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
