She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletis Duncan, Sr. and Gilda Duncan; and her husband Charles George, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Bryon Cowan (Donna), Sebrina Gish (Neal), Tim Cowan and Marcheta Davis (James); and her siblings, Raymon Duncan, Bill Duncan, Debbie Grant, Virgil Duncan, Ronnie Duncan, Cletis Duncan, Jr. and Mike Duncan. She is also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
