He was predeceased by: his father Larry Gene Henshaw; and his grandparents, William, Catherine Burton, Claude and Maebelle Henshaw.

He is survived by: his wife Melinda Allen Henshaw; his son Brock Henshaw; his stepchildren, Lyndsey Patterson (Lucas Adkins) and Cameron Patterson; his mother Donna Henshaw; his brother Bryan Henshaw (Kim Pleasant-Morris); and his grandchildren, Reese Kellen and Wylder Adkins. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
