She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Smith and Georgia Smith; and her brothers, David Smith, Edward Smith and L. G. Smith.
She is survived by: her sister Daisy Smith of Henderson, Kentucky; and her children, Elizabeth Yatsko (Jeff) of Arkansas City and Floyd Moore (Shelly) of Henderson, Kentucky. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
