He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Hallmark and Helen Hallmark (Trogden); his wife Phyllis Hallmark; and his daughter Renee Webb. He is survived by: his sons, Chris Hallmark (Angie) of Evansville, Mike Hallmark (Tracy) of Henderson, KY and Kevin Hallmark (Tritney) of Henderson, KY. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 15 great- grandchildren.
