It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annette Faye Lambdin of Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on June 5, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Posey L. McCormick; and her brothers, Merlin McCormick and Danny McCormick. She is survived by: her mother Maxine Jean McCormick (Embry); her husband Dale Lambdin; her daughters, Lynette May and Melinda Bunch (Chris); her stepdaughters, Lori Lambdin and Lisa Park; her siblings, Betty Stokes, Posey McCormick Jr. and Thomas McCormick; her grandchildren, Rendi Durham, Addyson Otey, Logan Haynes and Isaac Damrath; and her great grandchild Nicole Dover.
Memorial contributions may take the form of donations to St. Anthony's Hospice.
