She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Stewart (Evans) of Nicholasville, KY, Vivian Harrell of Jacksonville, FL, Terri Brown (Bobby) of Smith Mills, KY, Cindy Saum of Henderson, KY., Greg Moore (Rosanna) of Shreveport, LA and Stacy Moore (Cindy) of Henderson, KY.; and her grandchildren, Sarah Stewart Carrico, Kerrie Stewart Pennington, Aaron Harrell, Adam Harrell, Aleen Moore and Kristen Brown.
