He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvis Campbell and Margie Campbell. He is survived by: his son Adam W. Campbell (Katherine Fee) of Charlotte, NC; his brother Harold Campbell (Vida) of Henderson, KY; his granddaughter Lillian Campbell; and his fiancée Roxann LaRue. He is also survived by niece and nephew.
