He was predeceased by: his wife Ramona Belcher; and his siblings, Edmond Belcher and Freda Knight. He is survived by: his children, Erica Hall (Eric) of Wallins Creek, KY and Kevin Jackson of Helton, KY; his siblings, Guice Belcher (Eva) of Mozelle, KY, Dan Belcher (Sandra) of Helton, KY, Pansy Collett (Alvin) of Helton, KY, Jenny Caldwell (Herman) of Stoney Fork, KY and Toni Jackson (Johnny Stinnett) of Harrodsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Kaydence and Saydie Sparks; his stepgrandsons, Logan, Austin and Jacob Hall; and his uncle Allen Burkhart of Pensacola, FL.
