He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Neal Caldwell and Edith North Caldwell (Jessica Collett) of Helton, KY.; his son Neal Sterling Caldwell of Helton, KY; and his sisters, Missy Brock (Andrew Johnson) of Ripley, TN and Sonya Roark (Rodney) of Helton, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles & cousins.
