He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Bevins (Jayson) of Shelbiana, KY and Shana Bartley (Robert) of Marrowbone, KY; his grandchildren, Hannah Bevins, Carter Bevins, Owen Bartley and Addison Bartley; and his sisters, Anna Faye Stanley of Clintwood, VA, Donna Igneliz of Jacksonville, NC, Belinda Streiff of Jacksonville, NC and Theresa Taylor of Hellier, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
