We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2021, at the age of 93, Clarice Moore of Hellier, Kentucky, born in Clintwood, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orville Cure Phipps and Chloe E. Branham Phipps Powers; her husband Columbus Moore; and her siblings, John E. Phipps, Kelsey Phipps, Barbara Stimach, Otta Mae Lockhart, Alma Phipps and Hazel Phipps.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary E. Coleman of Rockhouse, KY, Monica K. Damron of Hellier, KY and Sheila Kay Mullins of Hellier, KY. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, and six great-great-grandchildren.
