She is survived by: her siblings, Claudia Sue Merida of Heidrick, Brenda Root of Heidrick, Jennifer Cobb (Robert) of Barbourville, Don Blevins (Kay) of Bimble, Ersel Wayne Blevins (Ruth) of Artemus, Gary Blevins (Kathy) of Barbourville and Sydney Blevins (Loretta) of Barbourville; her grandchildren, Tiffany Loveless (Stephen), Tabitha Frederick (Shawn), Jonathan Hammons and Dylan Messer; her great grandchildren, Timberly, Braylen, Brylee Frederick, Aubrey, Gunner Jones and Anthony Loveless; her siblings-in-law, Rita Blevins, Novella Epperson, Gerry Brewer (Larry), Evelyn Hammons, Dave Hammons and Troy Callebs; her caregiver Mary Ellen Terrell; and her friend Beth Callihan.
