He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Lee Messer Price; and his grandparents, Elijah and Minnie Messer. He is survived by: his children, Alexis Dudley (Anthony) of Cincinnati, Mimi Price of Cincinnati, Samantha Price of Columbus and Colton Price of Heidrick; his father Martin Clifton "Bo" Price of Heidrick; his sister Becky Price of Richmond; and his grandchildren, Brooks Dudley and Maez Spell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
